About This Course

In this course, Drupla Sonam Tsering will provide instructions and commentary on The Four Foundations or Ngöndro practices of the Tukdrup Barché Künsel. Drupla will be teaching on the Seed of Supreme Awakening, the extensive Ngöndro of the Lamé Tukdrup Barché Künsel from Jamyang Khyentsé Wangpo. He will begin with an introduction to these foundational practices and will explain why they are fundamental to Vajrayana practice.

Drupla Sonam Tsering is one of the senior monks at Ka-Nying Shedrub Ling Monastery and has undergone the traditional three-year retreat three times.
