An Introduction to the Path of Meditation Level One


In this teaching, generously sponsored by Samye’s Vietnamese Sangha, Tulku Migmar Tsering provides an overview of the Path of Meditation Level One. Tulku-la talks about the different techniques for cultivating a calm and focused mind, developing loving-kindness and compassion, and exploring the nature of our minds. The course includes guided meditations, readings, video teachings, and opportunities to connect with other participants and instructors through an online forum.

The course is suitable for beginners with no prior experience in meditation, as well as more experienced practitioners who wish to deepen their practice. It is self-paced so that participants can work through the material as they wish, and there are no prerequisites to enroll.
