Two breathing techniques for calming the mind are available for everyone! Phakchok Rinpoche recently demonstrated how 5 minutes of breathing exercises can calm the mind and the emotions. In a talk given in September 2023 to the Samye Barcelona audience, he explained how these two breathing techniques help the body as well as the mind. Rinpoche also pointed out that they bring a sense of playfulness that can benefit anyone. This is a wonderful technique to teach teenagers and young people.
