Advice on Awakening Dignity

In July 2023, Phakchok Rinpoche offered a Zoom teaching to the Brazilian sangha. He spoke frankly about the need to be clear about our own practice. We always begin by reminding ourselves that our nature is pure and perfect. This training calms our mind and moves us away from a self-centered, comparing outlook. Rinpoche shared with practitioners common stumbling blocks or obstacles to the path and advised the audience how to avoid these. In addition, Rinpoche answers direct questions from the students about dealing with emotions and judging mind.
