Radically Happy – A Book Talk and Q&A with Phakchok Rinpoche and Erric Solomon
Phakchok Rinpoche and Erric Solomon will speak about their new book, Radically Happy.
In the book, two meditation experts—a seasoned Silicon Valley entrepreneur and a young, traditionally educated Tibetan Rinpoche—meet to present a path to happiness through accessible meditation and mindfulness techniques. Using ancient wisdom with modern methods, the authors break down mindfulness into its most basic elements, guiding readers through a three-part program that teaches how to:
