Dakini Day Celebration at Samye Hermitage New York
July 12 All day
On Wednesday, July 12, the Samye Hermitage New York community will gather to celebrate the feminine aspect of awakening, the activity of all the Buddhas, through the practice of Kurukulle and by making offerings to this embodiment of magnetising compassion.
Tulku Migmar Tsering has kindly offered to give us an introduction to the dakini principle, and the meaning of making feast offerings (tsok) to the dakini every 25th of the lunar month. This will be followed by a group practice of Kurukulle, according to the Chokling Tersar tradition.
Registrants will receive a digital copy of the complete practice text, as well as a Zoom link for the practice. Local community members are welcome to join in person!
