During this first Sādhana Ritual Course to be held in Cooperstown, Tulku Migmar will teach the main points of practice of the Yoga of Essential Activity for the Dispeller of All Obstacles (Tukdrup Barché Künsel Trinlé Nyingpo).
Tulku-la will explain, in detail, the meaning of each liturgy and its accompanying visualizations for the main practice as well as cleansing offerings (sang), gathering offerings (tsok), and protector petitions (solkha). His instructions will also cover the ritual traditions of chant melodies, mudrās, torma making, shrine arrangements, and musical instruments.
The Yoga of Essential Activity is the concise version of the main Guru Sādhana for the Dispeller of All Obstacles cycle, the main practice cycle of the New Treasures of Chokgyur Lingpa (Chokling Tersar) tradition.
